A super moist, rich chocolate cake made using the finest 70% cocoa dark chocolate drizzled with chocolate sauce, with or without cherry brandy and filled with a choice of buttercreams in chocolate mint, chocolate orange, Turkish delight, salted caramel, white or dark chocolate ganache or buttercream and fruit conserve for a tangy twist.

A moist vanilla cake drizzled with rosewater syrup and filled with smooth, delicately flavoured rosewater buttercream.

A bottom layer of vanilla cake covered with a choice of sour cherries, plums or apples covered with a blanket of cake and served with a spoonful of delicious fresh whipped cream spiked with vanilla.

Elderflower & Lemon

Freshly baked lemon cake infused with Vale of Belvoir elderflower juice and filled with a delicate elderflower buttercream. If it’s good enough for royalty it’s good enough for you too!

Zesty Lemon Cake

A delicious cake due to its fresh, zesty lemon juice content, made using fresh unwaxed lemons and freshly homemade lemon curd whenever possible and layers of tangy lemon buttercream.


Raspberry Ripple

A vanilla flavoured sponge marbled with homemade raspberry jam, spread with more raspberry jam and filled with whisked, white chocolate buttercream and crushed fresh raspberries when in season.

A wonderfully springy, moist cake made from our own organically home-grown carrots (whilst supplies last!) with chopped raisins and fresh oranges, filled with a choice of buttercream; orange or vanilla flavour.

Baked with delicious locally grown apples and wonderful served with fresh whipped cream laced with vanilla or sandwiched with cinnamon buttercream.

Traditional Fruit Cake

Made with the best quality fruits and ingredients for maximum enjoyment, fed with copious amounts of brandy over a period of months and lovingly wrapped in delicious almond marzipan then dressed in the finest, soft Swiss fondant icing. What’s not to adore.

Earl Grey & Rosewater

Makes for a wonderful alternative to the vanilla cake being of subtle flavour. Made using Twining’s Earl Grey Tea this delicate sponge is filled with a light, aromatic, rosewater buttercream.

Almond & Amaretto

A sponge cake baked with ground almonds and drizzled with Amaretto, sandwiched together with layers of soft, fluffy buttercream in a choice of flavours, Amaretto, almond or white chocolate.

A bit on the wild side

Lemon and Bilberry

Bilberries are wild blueberries and as such are quite a delicacy. We’ve teamed these vibrant berries with our lemon cake by adding them to our rich buttercream filling.

A Caribbean Influence

Coconut and Lime

This moist vanilla cake encases desiccated coconut and delicate coconut milk. The buttercream filling is made with coconut milk and freshly squeezed lime juice for an exotic twist.
